Description
This patient underwent bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty and repair of right eyelid ptosis. This patient had excesss skin of the upper eyelids and eyelid ptosis (drooping) greater on the right side than the left. He did not want correction of the eyelid ptosis on the left, but he did desire correction of ptosis on the right side to match the left eye.
