Description
This is a 29 year old female who underwent open rhinoplasty and septoplasty. She is only 5 weeks post op. She was very unhappy with her profile and the appearance of the tip of her nose. She felt the dorsum of the nose was overprojected and that the tip pointed downward. You can see how subtle changes in the shape of the nose improve the overall balance of her facial features. As time progresses and swelling decreases she will see more definition and refinement the tip of her nose.
