Description
This is a 39 year old female who underwent open rhinoplasty. She is only 6 weeks post op. She was very unhappy with her profile and the appearance of the tip of her nose. She felt the entire nose was overprojected (too long on profile view) and did not like the shape of her tip. Her nose was deprojected through reduction of the dorsum and division and setback of the lower lateral (tip) cartilages. As time progresses and swelling decreases she will see more definition and refinement the tip of her nose.
