Description
Ethnic rhinoplasty. This african american female in her 20’s wanted her nasal dorsum and tip more defined. She is pictured here only 2 months postoperative with significant improvement in the appearance of both. Her tip will become even more defined over the next several months as swelling continues to resolve. No change is seen on the profile view because dorsal height was normal to begin with and patient was happy with her profile appearance. Although she would have benefited from narrowing the alar base (nostril width) she opted not to have this done.
