Description
This patient is only one month post op after open rhinoplasty. This patient complained that he severely disliked his profile. He did not like the hump and felt the nose was highly over projected and long. His dorsum as well as his tip was deprojected. The tip was deprojected by division and setback of the lower lateral cartilages. He is still swollen in the nasal tip but you can also see the improvement in its shape as it has been unified (as he requested) as opposed to bifid.
